Trade between India and Pak is negligible, so economic sanctions would be quite a joke. The only other kind of sanction is a military sanction (naval blockade, no-fly zone, etc.) and that is sure to lead to nuclear war. <br /><br />The issue is two-fold: stopping terrorism, and controlling it when it happens. For the first I don't have any real answers (at least not one in India's hands alone); the second lies in better policing (and not the mass militarization of the kind seen in Kashmir), including amendments to the Constitution to define federal powers for crime and intelligence. icecoolsushobhanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09081121377555464896noreply@blogger.com
